Quick and savory stir-fried instant noodles with tender mackerel: easy, flavorful, and satisfying.

Ingredients:
- 1 can TC BOY Fried Mackerel in Chili Sauce
- 1 pack instant noodles (Maggi)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cabbage (sliced)
- ½ carrot (julienned)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Spring onion (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles:
Boil instant noodles until just soft (about 2 minutes). Drain and set aside. - Prepare the stir-fry:
Heat cooking oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant. - Add the mackerel:
Stir in TC Boy Fried Mackerel in Chili Sauce, breaking the fish into chunks. - Add vegetables and seasoning:
Add cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, chili sauce, and oyster sauce.
Stir well to combine. - Add the noodles:
Toss in the cooked noodles and mix evenly.
Push everything to one side of the pan and crack in the egg.
Scramble lightly, then mix everything together. - Finish and serve:
Sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with spring onion.
