Ingredients:
- Spring roll wrappers (popia skin)
- 1 can of TC Boy Tuna Chilli Padi (drained)
- ½ onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- Black pepper
- Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine TC Boy Tuna Chilli Padi, chopped onion, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Add a pinch of black pepper and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the centre of a spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the popia until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
