Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The TC Boy “Beli & Menang Gold Bar” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by TC BOY Marketing Sdn Bhd (“the Organizer”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest runs from 15th 2025 to 31th January 2026 (“Contest Period”). All entries received after 31th January 2026, 11:59 PM will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, or modify the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
a. The Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia, of all ages.
b. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate
To join the Contest:
A. Purchase
Buy TC Boy products worth RM30 and above in a single receipt.
B. Scan
Scan the QR code, fill in the form with your personal details, and upload a photo of your receipt.
C. Win
Submit and stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
5. Prizes
A total of 13 winners will be selected as follows:
- Grand Prize (1 winner): 5g of 999.9 Gold Bar
- 2nd Prize (1 winner): 3g of 999.9 Gold Bar
- 3rd Prize (3 winner): 1g of 999.9 Gold Bar
- Consolation Prizes (60 winners): RM50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload Pin each
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
The lucky winners will announce in TC Boy social media page after the contest period.
7. Rights of the Organizer
a. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants, including purchase receipts.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, unclear, late, or contain inappropriate content.
c. All submitted videos become the property of the Organizer and may be used for marketing, publicity, or promotional purposes without further consent or payment.
d. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest, or change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Liability
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or third parties arising from participation in this Contest or the redemption of any prize.
9. Privacy Notice
By participating, participants agree that the Organizer may collect, use, and disclose their personal data for purposes related to the Contest administration and prize fulfilment.
10. Organizer’s Decision
The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
